All sports bets — including cricket, PSL, UFC and other markets — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body. pk350 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned or where there is credible evidence of match manipulation.

You may close your pk350 account at any time by contacting the pk350 support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be noted — Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. pk350 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of PKR 200 to dormant account balances. You will be notified by SMS to your registered mobile number before dormancy fees are applied.

Where changes are material, pk350 will endeavour to notify registered Players via SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number or via a notice displayed on the Platform. The amended Terms and Conditions will take effect from the date stated in the notice.
Your continued use of the pk350 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
